Tendem Paul Nkemngong (ACCA)
President
President
Tendem Paul is a founding member of RAYD. As president, he is responsible for developing the strategic direction of the organisation, coordinating the Executive, and directly heads the Social Entrepreneurship Program.
While volunteering for RAYD, Tendem works full-time as Finance Manager of Cosmos Educational Press Ltd, a pioneering Cameroon-based publishing company. He had earlier worked as a community/livelihood officer for a local NGO between 2007 and 2008.
He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Buea.

Enange Pauline
Vice President
Enange Pauline is the Vice President of RAYD and a founding member. She directly assist the President in running the organisation..
While volunteering for RAYD, she works full-time as a teacher with the Government of Cameroon.
Her previous employment as the unit manager of Mutual Health Organisation makes her apt to now head the Health and Unity Sports Program of RAYD.
She is a holder of a bachelor’s degree in Nursery and Primary Education from the University of Buea.

Emelda Ngwa Sirri
Finance Officer
Emelda Sirri volunteers as the Finance Officer of RAYD. She is responsible for preparing budgets and project invoicing, manages the accounting function and controls the disbursement of cash, the treasury account and updating membership register.
She volunteers most of her time in the activities of the Social Entrepreneurship Program of RAYD.
She is an affiliate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. She is also a holder of a bachelor’s degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, London.

Mbacham Linda Abeng
Secretary
Mbacham Linda is the acting secretary of RAYD. She is responsible for setting up and overseeing the management of the organization’s documentation and human resources. She is also responsible for the conception, development and management of the organization’s information and communication technology.
She co-heads the Education and Academia Program.
She presently works as editor of Achas Safari Magazine. She has been a language teacher in private higher institutions in Buea. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communication.

Nkafu Asong Abelleh
Treasurer
Nkafu Asong is responsible for the safe keep of the financial resources of the organisation. All contributions qre sent through her for onward deposit in the bank. She co-heads the Education & Academia Program.
While volunteering for RAYD, Nkafu works full-time as sales representative for a books distribution network.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a classroom teacher and a school bursar.
She is directly involved with the Education & Academia Program of RAYD.
She is a holder of a bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Studies and Teaching from the University of Buea

Legenju Vitalise
Advocacy Officer
LEGENJU VITALISE is a board member and advocacy officer of RAYD Cameroon. He is charged with developing a legal policy for RAYD while Advising Management on contracts with Partners, affiliates and volunteers, investigate complaints from youths and recommend solutions to management, draft and communicate to stakeholders policies and procedures, undertake research and share expertise with other executives and volunteers.
While volunteering for RAYD, Legenju is a full-time Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Courts of Cameroon and The Gambia. He currently serves as a Board Member of the WEST AFRICAN INSTITUTE FOR LEGAL AID.
He directly heads the Development Advocacy Program of RAYD.
Legenju holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B with Honours) from the University of Buea and is a Barrister and Solicitor from The Gambia Law School.
